Given the bizarre climate of manipulative mass psychology we find ourselves living through today, and which organizations have been most influential in guiding international policy, it's time for us to revisit an important piece of corresponding history — Project MKULTRA.

The operation arguably began as project CHATTER, then developed into projects BLUEBIRD and ARTICHOKE, and then later the infamous project MKULTRA. Other covert operations, such as MKNAOMI and MKOFTEN, along with numerous clandestine biowarfare operations, are likewise related, either directly or indirectly. For the sake of simplicity and readability, however, we will use MKULTRA as an umbrella term to explore these behavioral modification projects and how they clearly relate to current events today.

Although an introductory awareness of the project's existence is fairly mainstream, the instructive details still remain largely unknown; partly because the more disturbing aspects are avoided by the Establishment media; partly because most documents were reportedly destroyed; partly because other documents remain classified to this very day; and partly because information hubs like Wikipedia are suspiciously incomplete and in some cases outright misleading.

What we can establish though through incessant investigation, is that some of the most trusted medical authorities in the world at that time — and indeed even pioneers in medical history — secretly worked for different Government Agencies, most prominently the CIA, who in turn used their expertise to discover the most effective, and undetectable means, of manipulating and controlling human behavior.

This clandestine agenda was skillfully carried out through dozens of well-respected Hospitals, Universities, Prisons and Government Agencies, amongst other select locations. This included a large number of North America’s most elite universities, such as Stanford, Princeton, Columbia, Cornell, McGill, Harvard, Johns Hopkins, and many others.

Trusted health authorities like the Addiction Research Center in Lexington Kentucky, the FDA (Federal Drug Agency) and NIH (National Institute of Health) were all involved in MKULTRA. Chemicals, drugs, poisons and different hallucinogens were supplied by leading pharmaceutical-vaccine companies, like Eli Lilly & Company and Sandoz (Today Novartis) and Parke Davis (Today a subsidiary of Pfizer).

Funding for MKULTRA research was inconspicuously made through “Nonprofit Foundations” like the Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology and the Geschickter Foundation. Although scarcely known, at least two major Foundations — the Josiah Macy Foundation (See HERE and HERE) and the pioneering Rockefeller Foundation (See HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE) — were also sources of MKULTRA funding. According to Historian Alfred W McCoy, the Ford Foundation was also used as a front for CIA “mind-control” research.

Despite the preeminent role that “Nonprofit Foundations” played in facilitating the MKULTRA program, however, Wikipedia’s existing entry on the topic makes no mention of them beyond an inconspicuous one liner that states, “research funds were sent to [Ewen] Cameron by a CIA front organization, the Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology”. (See Experiments on Canadians) As you will soon learn, “Nonprofit Foundations” continue to be the favored vehicle of the clandestine community today.

The full scope of the project remains a mystery due to censorship and destruction of documents. What we do know, according to the Church Commission investigation, is the programs were concerned with “controlling human behavior” through “radiation, electroshock, various fields of psychology, psychiatry, sociology, and anthropology, graphology, harassment substances, and paramilitary devices and materials.”

According to a declassified Bluebird document from 1951 (see Bluebird - Specific Problems, #18) they were also interested in how certain substances could be “best concealed in a normal or commonplace item, such as candy, cigarettes, liqueur, wines, coffee, tea, beer, gum, water, aspirin tablets, common medicines, Coke, toothpaste.”

Declassified documents pertaining to Project Artichoke also show an interest in the “control of an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will and even against such fundamental laws of nature such as self-preservation”. (See Mission of the Project, #3) Correspondingly, another document outlines the potential to produce amnesia in a target as one of “extreme importance” (see #1), as well techniques for inducing mass hypnosis in “audiences of various sizes” ( see #6).

Some of the most relevant experiments that I am aware of are as follows:

Operation Sea-Spray

(Sep 1950) Operation Sea-Spray commences in which the Navy sprays the entire San Francisco area with the bacteria Serratia marcescens (SM), exposing several hundred thousand residents, resulting in at least eleven hospitalizations and one death, which we only know about because a small group of diligent Medical Researchers published a paper on the never before seen outbreak whereas the government never even monitored the health outcome of this large population. One of the most notable mentions the researchers made in their paper was that “All strains of the organism were highly resistant in vivo and in vitro to all antibiotics currently available”, which illustrates its efficacy as a bioweapon. (See Summary). 

Despite the obvious danger posed, SM continued to be sprayed in different parts of the U.S. for two more decades, and by 1979 was recognized “as a cause of serious infection in man”. After the project was finally exposed in 1976, the official argument (which persists to this very day) is that SM was thought to be harmless at the time, this has been disproven by biowarfare expert Professor Leonard Cole.

Virginia & Pennsylvania 

(7 May – 4 June 1951) Predominantly African American workers at Norfolk Supply Center in Virginia and Mechanicsburg in Pennsylvania are secretly targeted (see HERE and HERE) by the Army with the dangerous fungus Aspergillus fumigatus to allegedly see how it affects Black people biologically. No one monitored the health outcomes of these workers but current estimates state that the fungus kills over 600,000 people annually.

Mind Control & Sex Abuse

(9 July 1951) Declassified documents — screenshot above — of a CIA instructor claiming to have successfully hypnotized “young girls” and a married woman to have sex with him.

Mind Control & Terrorism

(25 Sep 1951) Declassified documents — partially screenshot above — detailing the successful use of code words to hypnotize “girls” into carrying out a hypothetical bombing without their conscious awareness.

Fort McClellan, Alabama

(16 July 1952 – 28 Sep 1952) The aforementioned Serratia marcescens — which can cause pneumonia — is sprayed a dozen times at Fort McClellan, Alabama, in Calhoun County according to the Anniston Star, which obtained formerly classified documents from the Army. Another bacteria which can also be harmful for the immunocompromised, Bacillus globigii (GB), is also sprayed. That same year, cases in pneumonia reportedly spike by 240%, whereas surrounding counties actually experience a decrease (except for Clay County reporting one additional case compared to zero from the previous year). 

The health outcomes of the people exposed to these experiments were never monitored but reports allege twenty nine pneumonia deaths took place during this time (see HERE and HERE) in Calhoun County alone. The Government has acknowledged the spraying of Ft. McClellan but claim no harm was ever caused.

Key West, Florida

(1952) SM is also sprayed in Key West, Florida and a reported tenfold increase in pneumonia cases follows, as well as a spike in deaths from four to thirty. The Government officially acknowledged the tests but denied any increase in deaths or disease. (See page 145)

The Killing of Harold Blauer

(11 Dec 1952 – 8 Jan 1953) Professional tennis player Harold Blauer checks himself into Columbia University’s New York Psychiatric Institute (NYPSI) seeking help for depression. Unknown to Blauer, NYPSI is being used for clandestine experimentation and he is unwittingly vaccinated on several occasions with compounds similar to mescaline. Despite repeated requests for the injections to stop, Blauer is eventually given a fatal dose and dies on the 8th of January 1953. 

What followed was an elaborate cover up by the Government and respected medical officials for more than two decades. In 1987, a federal judge ruled that the Government must pay $700,000 to Blauer’s surviving family members for wrongful death.

Weaponizing Insects (Entomological Warfare)

(1953) Declassified documents — screenshot above — detail the successful weaponization of insects like mosquitoes, lice, fleas and ticks that can “cause severe epidemics under naturally occurring conditions.” (pg 80) Also worth noting, is the focus on developing “Insecticide resistant strains” of these parasites and bugs. (pg 79)

Clinton Elementary School, Minneapolis

(1953) Unsuspecting children and others at Clinton Elementary School in Minneapolis are repeatedly sprayed with the toxic chemical zinc cadmium sulfide (ZnCdS). Although the health outcomes of these children were never monitored in the short or long term, hundreds of former students later claim serious health problems. 

Despite the excuse that ZnCdS was thought to be safe at the time of these experiments, biowarfare expert Professor Leonard Cole cites a 1932 Report that states “cadmium, no matter how small the amount taken into the lungs, causes pathologic changes, and that there is, therefore, no permissible amount of cadmium.” He also points out that “cadmium oxide was a standardized chemical warfare agent during World War II”.

Pruitt-Igoe, St. Louis

(1953) At the same time that Clinton Elementary was being secretly sprayed with ZnCdS, so was the impoverished Pruitt–Igoe neighborhood in St. Louis under the guise of testing a blanket of smoke that would hide residents from a possible Russian attack. Although there was likewise no effort made to monitor the health outcomes of these +10,000 residents — 70% of which were reportedly children (see paragraph nine) — residents report high incidences of cancer. Cadmium sulfide is recognized today as carcinogenic.

Much of the details concerning the St. Louis experiments, like others on this list, remain classified. But according to Professor Lisa Martino-Taylor, Pruitt-Igoe was also secretly targeted with radiation experiments.

Implanting False Identities

(7 Jan 1953) Declassified documents — partially screenshot above — detailing the successful hypnotization of two 19-year-old girls conditioned to embody new personalities (multiple personalities) “to a point where they can believe a change in identity on their part even on the polygraph”. (See line 15) This is accomplished through trigger terms via the “telephone, by receiving written matter, or by the use of code, signal, or words...” (See line 10)

Operation Big Itch

(1954) Interested in weaponizing Oriental fleas (xenopsylla cheopis), the Army implements Operation Big Itch in which hundreds of thousands of “uninfected plague fleas” are dropped from airplanes over guinea pigs. The experiment is considered a success and plans to produce 50 million fleas a week are put forward.

Programmed Assassins

(10 Feb 1954) Declassified documents detailing how a hypnotized woman — who “had a fear of firearms in any fashion” — is programmed to carry out a hypothetical assassination in which she “expressed complete amnesia for the entire sequence”. (See page 1, point 1)

Documents Detailing Shocking Claims of Mind Control Experts

(5 May 1955) Declassified documents reporting on three CIA contacts (“expert practitioners”) that are so skilled at mind control, that not only could they brainwash someone into carrying out a shooting or assassination, but their role in doing so would never be traced back to them by investigators. (See page 5, first & second paragraph)

The documents also detail a case (screenshot above) in which a CIA Instructor claims to have “converted a campus atheist to a devout believer” through hypnosis. It then concludes that “it appears to be easier to hypnotize large numbers of people than a single subject…” and cites what is presumably a classified experiment which has been redacted from the document. (See Analogous Case #1)

Operation Big Buzz and Drop Kick

(1956-1958) Interested in weaponizing yellow fever, the Army implements Operation Big Buzz and Drop Kick in which several hundred thousand uninfected Aedes aegypti mosquitoes are released in Savannah, Georgia and Avon Park, Florida through “airplanes, helicopters, and ground devices” to allegedly monitor how many people get bitten. 

Although this may sound harmless, Aedes aegypti are recognized as one of the most dangerous creatures in the world since they are key transmitters of deadly diseases like dengue, chikungunya, zika and yellow fever. By massively increasing their numbers in the wild it undeniably increases the chances of them spreading a deadly disease from a very sick animal or person to the rest of the population. 

The health outcomes of these residents were never monitored but experimentation into weaponizing mosquitoes continued and by 1960 half a million infected mosquitoes were being produced at Fort Detrick per month with plans to produce nearly a thousand fold more. (See third paragraph)

Operation Large Area Coverage (LAC)

(1957-1958) Operation LAC (Large Area Coverage) commences in which massive amounts of the toxic chemical zinc cadmium sulfide are sprayed over “the United States from the Rockies to the Atlantic, from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico”. (See page 120, paragraph 3) This exposes millions of men, women and children to unnecessary health dangers. Serratia marcescens and aspergillus fumigates, which we've already established as also being potentially dangerous, are likewise sprayed. There was no effort to monitor the health outcomes of this massive population. These chemicals were sprayed from airplanes.

Washington National Airport & Greyhound Bus Terminal

(1964-1965) The bacteria Bacillus globigii (BG) are repeatedly released throughout Washington’s National Airport and Greyhound Bus Terminal during peak hours exposing large numbers of unsuspecting commuters who, in turn, reportedly spread the bacteria to more than 200 cities. 

BG, which has since been renamed Bacillus atrophaeus, was alleged to have been completely harmless by the Establishment during this time, but as sourced and documented by biowarfare expert professor Leonard Cole, “evidence has long existed” that BG can cause disease in immunocompromised individuals. 

The U.S. Government has since acknowledged that BG “have been associated with acute infections of the ear, meninges (brain lining), urinary tract, lung, heart valve, bloodstream, and other body sites”. No effort was made to monitor the health outcomes of these large populations.

New York Subway

(June 1966) The CIA release massive amounts of Bacillus globigii in New York’s Subway system which reportedly exposed more than a million commuters. Originally it was reported that the bacteria used was the more dangerous Serratia marcescens but this was later recanted in congressional testimony by an official citing an Army reporting mistake. Nonetheless, as we've already explored, BG can cause sickness and disease. The health outcomes of these unsuspecting commuters were never monitored so we have no reliable information concerning possible health complications.

Mind Controlled Dogs

(28 Sep 1967) Declassified documents detailing mind controlling dogs remotely. You can read an Establishment media report on the experiment HERE.

Weaponizing Ticks

(1966 – 1969) Several experiments are conducted in Virginia and Montana (See HERE, HERE and HERE) in which 282,800 radioactive ticks are released into the wild. As detailed by award winning medical researcher Kris Newby, the Virginia experiments “were located on the Atlantic Flyway, the migratory bird superhighway that runs along the eastern South American and North American coasts.” The significance of this being that the birds could serve as transporters for these ticks across the country and beyond, increasing the risk of some form of infection being spread.

Project 112 & SHAD (Shipboard Hazard and Defense)

(1962–1973) Project 112 & Project SHAD (Shipboard Hazard and Defense) commence in which thousands of unsuspecting U.S. military personnel are experimented on, as well as an unknown number of foreign civilians and nationals located abroad too. Test locations include Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, the U.K., Puerto Rico, Panama, the Marshall islands and multiple areas within the United States. The Canadian and U.K. Governments were joint partners in some of these tests too. These experiments not only included the use of the potentially dangerous “simulants” already mentioned on this list (SM, BG and ZnCdS) but also more lethal agents like the bacteria Staphylococcal enterotoxin B, Coxiella burnetiid and Pasteurella tularensis; as well as deadly chemicals that are currently considered to be Weapons of Mass Destruction — VX and Sarin gas. (See Origin and Background) 

For at least three decades the Government denied the existence of these tests and full public disclosure was only made in 2002 — forty years after its initial inception. Many veterans that are still alive say they suffer from chronic health problems due to the clandestine experiments, but Government sponsored studies have denied any connection (See Q5).

Operation DICE

(1971-1975) Operation DICE commences in which the U.S. Army Chemical Corps and U.K. Microbiological Research Establishment jointly spray U.K. nationals with Bacillus globigii and supposedly “inactivated” Serratia marcescens. According to declassified documents, Germany is used as a testing grounds too. Although there was no official effort to monitor the health outcomes of these populations, numerous reports of uncanny health issues later arose in the U.K. areas sprayed, most notably miscarriages and birth defects. (see paragraph nine) 

These experiments were part of a much larger biowarfare program in the U.K. which was very similar to the U.S. and likewise targeted millions of unsuspecting civilians and military personnel.

History empowers us to think beyond the collective ignorance of popular opinion and the perfidious politics that shape it. It allows us to consider palpable possibilities that ordinary minds tend to prematurely reject without appropriately considering. It disillusions our convoluted perceptions and affords us the opportunity to align ourselves with objective reality.

In relation to the original MKULTRA program, and other associated projects, for example, we now know there was, in fact, a massive conspiracy to master mind control and behavioral modification, spanning multiple continents and countries, which resulted in experimenting on millions and millions of unsuspecting civilians and military personnel.

In many instances, this “research” involved world renowned medical experts from top medical schools and healthcare institutions, who were financed by “nonprofit organizations” controlled by the CIA or U.S. military. Furthermore, this research was largely facilitated by technologies owned by the pharmaceutical-vaccine industry, who were likewise secretly working closely with the Government.

Equally important to mention, is that the most trusted media outlets of that time were also working with the CIA — including Reuters, NBC, Newsweek, CBS, Time, the Associated Press and New York Times, amongst many others — which may explain why it took more than 20 years, and in some cases more than 40 years, before these clandestine projects were publicly exposed.

If all of that is not concerning enough, most of these programs were conducted under the auspices of providing people with some form of essential healthcare, benevolent protection or public service. Additionally, as detailed on my Patreon account, this uncompromising obsession with behavioral modification and biowarfare technology has persisted throughout modern history — encapsulating Governments and clandestine organizations throughout the world — invariably turning innocent civilians, and well-intentioned military personnel, into unsuspecting guinea pigs for the Establishment authorities to play with. In fact, in 2002, when asked by the Observer if such experimentation was currently taking place in the United Kingdom, a military spokeswoman replied, “It is not our policy to discuss ongoing research.” (See final paragraph)

When we consider the recent rabid push to vaccinate everyone in the world with a COVID vaccine, despite tens of thousands of doctors and scientists actively saying that this course of action was simply not needed; the coordinated campaign of information control and unprecedented censorship; or the fact that many corresponding institutions that were involved in MKULTRA are likewise involved in current events today, it becomes painfully naïve not to consider the logical possibility that there may be something far more nefarious going on.

This consideration becomes especially relevant when we consider how the official response to the “pandemic” inconspicuously correlates with a number of different behavioral modification techniques studied under MKULTRA associated projects. Let’s look at all of this a little bit closer and dig a bit deeper into what is truly taking place...

Two of the most prominent manufacturers involved in producing these coronavirus vaccines today — Novartis and Pfizer— had parent companies that were directly involved in MKULTRA — Sandoz and Parke Davis. More significantly, is multiple companies that were tasked with producing coronavirus vaccines, have untenable records of unethical human experimentation on unsuspecting civilians, thus making them excellent candidates for clandestine experimentation on the population.

We also see many of the same medical schools and healthcare institutions that were involved in the original MKULTRA program, most notably the FDA, NIH and Johns Hopkins University — host of the infamous Event 201 — a gathering of influential Establishment figures that took place several months before COVID-19 was officially detected.

As many now know, at this meeting they simulated a pandemic “of a novel zoonotic coronavirus” and deliberated on how best the Establishment should collectively respond to this theoretical pandemic — highlighting the importance of censorship (1:20) and using social media platforms to “flood” people with “good information” (7:52),whilst encouraging Governments to be “on a war footing” (7:40) — presumably to suspend peacetime laws in favor of more extreme measures of manipulation — amongst other things. Their recommendations were widely adopted throughout much of the world and further propagated by various leaders.

More prolific than any other field mentioned, however, is undoubtedly non-profit foundations, which have been pivotal throughout the “pandemic”, most notably the Wellcome Trust, the Gates Foundation, and further off in the background, the infamous Rockefeller Foundation.

Some of the most prominent supranational authorities that came to dominate pandemic policy around the world, for example, were linked — both past and present — to this powerful clique. This includes the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Initiative (CEPI) which was cofounded in part by the Wellcome Trust and Gates Foundation; The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI) which was cofounded in part by the Rockefeller and Gates Foundations; And the World Health Organization (WHO) which received its largest donations from GF and GAVI and had its beginnings partly funded by the Rockefeller Foundation and its policies guided by their health experts too.

It should also be mentioned that Event 201 was cosponsored by the Gates Foundation, and the official host of the event, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, was originally founded in 1916 with funding from the Rockefeller Foundation, who have continued to fund the school’s operations for more than 100 years, even up until the present day. In fact, Johns Hopkins and RF are currently involved in a billion dollar lawsuit for unethical experimentation conducted on unwitting civilians in Guatemala during the 1940s, which we will revisit later on.

With that said, as I scrupulously documented in that lengthy presentation I uploaded in August of 2020, the Gates Foundation alone has links to virtually every major national health authority on the planet, including the U.S. CDC and NIH; China’s CDC, Africa’s CDC, and the UK’s Department of Health and Social Care, amongst others. GF also partners closely with the Big Pharma-Vax industry — most notably through GAVI — and holds shares in many of these companies too.

GF also had links to multiple doctors and scientists that advised Governments on how best to respond to the “pandemic”. In fact, the initial research paper published in March 2020 that kicked off these pseudoscientific lockdowns was conducted by Imperial College London (ICL), who received $79,006,570 from the Gates Foundation that same month and have been receiving consistent funding from GF since at least 2002. Between 2019 (See pg. 89-90) and 2021 (See pg. 105) the Wellcome Trust also gave Imperial more than £65,000,000. Their “study” has since been called “totally unreliable” and “impossible to read” by other researchers. Despite being recognized as the primary force behind why Governments imposed lockdowns, Imperial’s paper was never even published in a science journal or peer reviewed. (See paragraph 5)

As many people on the internet now know, the Gates Foundation’s influence extends into the media, into education, and beyond, but for the sake of readability, and relevance, my point in highlighting its ubiquitous influence is quite simple; the Foundation's insidiousness indicates that it is likely a vehicle for the shadowy clandestine community, just as the Rockefeller Foundation and other major NGOs like the Ford Foundation (See HERE, HERE and HERE) were during MKULTRA and the Cold War.

Despite public ignorance pertaining to this profound topic, major “nonprofits” have a long history of clandestine activities (See HERE and HERE) that have invariably come to shape and dominate our global society. The eerie absence of this instructive and imperative history from our media, our schools, or our information hubs like Google and Wikipedia, reinforces the likelihood that the innocuous “nonprofit” sheepskin continues to be the favored disguise of the predatory ruling class.

What makes these considerations especially plausible in the present day is that the Wellcome Trust, Gates Foundation and Rockefeller Foundation all currently have significant links to covert intelligence and/or military.

Up until last year, the UK’s Wellcome Trust was Chaired by Eliza Manningham-Buller, the former Director-General of the MI5 where she specialized in “counter-terrorism”. Buller spent 13 years with the Wellcome Trust before stepping down to work for the highly influential Royal Institute of International Affairs aka Chatham House. Wellcome’s current Chief Operating Officer is Paul Schreir, the former CEO of Hakluyt and Company — originally founded by a British MI6 Secret Service Official and notorious for its enduring links to the UK’s Intelligence Agency. Prior to that he served in the Royal Navy as a Commanding Officer.

More recently, Wellcome Trust established Wellcome Leap and named a former Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Regina E. Dugan as their CEO and a former Deputy Director of DARPA, Kaigham J. Gabriel, as their Chief Operating Officer. We will explore DARPA’s dubious role in all of this momentarily.

In the case of The Gates Foundation, the Chair of their Scientific Advisory Committee is Rhodes Scholar Sir John Bell, who also sits on the Advisory Board of the above mentioned MI6 linked Hakluyt and Company. Their current Chief of staff of Global Health is Jennifer Weisman, a former consultant to the Pentagon and DARPA. GF’s Director of Innovative Technology Solutions is Dan Wattendorf, a former Project Manager at DARPA. Wattendorf was instrumental in the development of the mRNA vaccine technology being used around the world today. Bill Gates himself has a history of working with the U.S. military and the NSA but we will address his character and Foundation in much greater detail later on.

Then we have the pioneering Rockefeller Foundation; In 2019 RF established Atlas AI— a “public good company” focused on the development of artificial intelligence and named another former Director of DARPA, Victoria Coleman, as their first CEO. The Foundation’s current Chair of the Board is Admiral James Stavridis, the 16th Supreme Allied Commander of NATO and a former Senior Military Assistant to the US Secretary of Defense. He is also the current Chair of the Board of the US Naval Institute and the Chief International Security Analyst for NBC News.

The current President of RF is Dr. Rajiv Shah. Prior to his appointment with the Foundation he served as the 16th Administrator of another “nonprofit” group, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), which has a history of conducting clandestine operations. In fact, whilst Shah was in charge of the Agency between 2010 and 2015, USAID got caught trying to destabilize the Government of Cuba under the guise of providing lifesaving healthcare to the people.

In 2013, whilst Shah again was presiding over the Agency, something similar reportedly happened in Bolivia and USAID was accused and subsequently expelled for trying to undermine the Government. Prior to USAID, Shah worked for the Gates Foundation and before that was named one of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders in 2007.

Whilst MKULTRA was undergoing exposition in the mid 1970’s, and the CIA's image incurred irreparable damage, DARPA began to take serious interest in Brain Machine Interfacing — which is when the human brain gets connected to an external machine, or computer, thus resulting in a form of assimilation, sometimes referred to as Transhumanism.

DARPA’s interest culminated in their Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnologies (N3) Program, and other similar efforts which continue to be openly pursued by the Establishment today. In 2015, for example, researchers from MIT injected magnetic nanoparticles — which are many thousands of times smaller than a single human hair — into the brains of mice which they were then able to manipulate using an external magnetic remote. This research was funded in part by DARPA. (See page 4, Acknowledgments)

In 2019, expanding further on this experimentation, they used injectable magnetic nanoparticles enclosed in lipids as a means for drug delivery to specific parts of the body, which conveniently required nothing more than a “very weak magnetic field” to accomplish. Like their previous study on mice, this had to be injected into a targeted area of the body to produce the desired outcome. However, as documented in the MIT news release, “In principle, this technique could also be used to guide the particles to specific, pinpoint locations in the body, using gradients of magnetic fields to push them along”. This research was also funded in part by DARPA and the NIH.

The following year, in 2020, these researchers injected specialized magnetic nanoparticles into the adrenal glands of rats which enabled them to manipulate their cortisol and adrenaline release, both of which play a crucial role in depression, stress, anxiety and overall mood. As the MIT news release notes, “the research team wanted to explore the idea of treating disorders of the brain by manipulating organs that are outside the central nervous system but influence it through hormone release.” This research was also funded by DARPA and the NIH. (See Acknowledgments)

In 2021, researchers from Indiana University School of Medicine injected mice with new and improved magnetoelectric nanoparticles that did not require the insertion of any genetically engineered material. The researchers found a way to guide the nanoparticles into any part of the body, including the brain, by using an external magnetic force, and then manipulated the nanoparticles which subsequently manipulated the target’s brain. This study, probably more so than any other that is publicly available, demonstrates the potential for noninvasively weaponizing vaccines for the purpose of behavioral modification due to its subtlety. This research was funded in part by DARPA and the US Department of Defense. (See last paragraph)

As you can see, there currently exists technologies with obvious potential for weaponization under the auspices of lifesaving vaccines. What makes these studies even more concerning, is that clandestine projects, historically speaking, have been far more advanced than what is permitted in the public domain. Furthermore — as was the case with MKULTRA — any studies that are of particular interest to the Establishment can simply be classified by way of “national security” and a subsequent sanitized version gets released to the public instead. In other words, any existing technologies are likely far more sophisticated than anything we are currently aware of.

With that said, there are other notable technologies we could explore in order to truly appreciate the possible dangers we face, most notably gene drives throughCRISPR-Cas9 or injecting engineered parasites into people for the alleged purpose of drug delivery, amongst other things, but former Samueli-Rockefeller Professor James Giordano — an advisor to DARPA and one of the foremost experts on neurotechnology and biowarfare around the world —  has candidly articulated how these sorts of techniques are, in fact, being weaponized “worldwide” in the present day…

Dr Giordano presents himself as an ethicist, and is internationally renowned as such, but his obvious indifference — and occasional exhilaration — when discussing the weaponization of these disturbing technologies is indicative of his true nature and clandestine character. In fact, rather than argue in defense of an international ethics shared by all of humanity — which is what one would expect from a professional ethicist — Giordano instead uses his platform and influence to suggest that “good” is an invented social construct and other nations will not share the moral standards of the United States, with a specific emphasis on China. As a result, Giordano argues that using morality as a guide can serve as a “constraint” in the competition against China for predominance over mind control and nanotechnology.

Here, again, we encounter the original MKULTRA blueprint and methodology, which was spearheaded by Cold War propaganda that communist China, Russia and Korea were engaged in unprecedented mind control experiments, so U.S. personnel should compromise their ethical standards — which invariably led to untenable experiments on the civilian population.

Today we know that the Communist Establishment was never invested in a mind control program comparable to MKULTRA, and although this “mistake” has been blamed on poor intelligence time and time again, the reality is that the U.S. Navy was engaged in a predecessor program known as Project CHATTER as early as 1947 and CIA Director Allen Dulles acknowledged that MKULTRA was partly inspired by a 1949 Report entitled Psychochemical Warfare, a New Concept of War — both of which took place before the Cold War officially broke out.

In addition to that, during the early 1940s — when the U.S. and Russian Governments were allied against Nazi Germany in World War II — the Macy Conferences convened and demonstrated an obvious Establishment interest in behavioral modification and mind control. In fact, several experts that attended the conferences — Dr. Harold Wolff, Dr. Harold A. Abramson and Dr. Carl Pfieffer — later worked directly on MKULTRA. (See HERE and HERE) Furthermore, the Conferences were organized by the Josiah Macy Jr Foundation, which became a conduit for future MKULTRA funding and research.

Although I have no doubt that many individuals within the US Government, and even within the intelligence community, earnestly believed in the Cold War propaganda and rhetoric — and reacted accordingly — at the highest levels of the intelligence community this narrative clearly served as a coercive recruiting tool to accomplish the premeditated objective of using the most capable experts to master mind control, behavioral modification and biowarfare. When I listen to James Giordano, I can’t help but get the impression that he’s using this same persuasive propaganda for the same specious reason.

If we look beyond this superfluous narrative, however, and do a little bit of independent analysis of our own, we learn that the chief authority overseeing China’s nanotech “mind control” program is the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), an institution that has received millions of dollars from one of DARPA’s most notable allies — the Gates Foundation. In fact, there are several GF grants that have been awarded to CAS which are currently active. The Academy has also received several hundred thousand dollars from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and is currently serving out an active grant from them as well. It should be mentioned that James Giordano is also a former recipient of funding from the Laurance S. Rockefeller Trust and was awarded (2007-2009) for his efforts to that effect.

If you are feeling confused about what appears to be counterintuitive conflicts of interest, it’s not due to any practical fault of your own, but rather a reflection of the duplicitous dealings of the ruling class and the perfidious illusions they inculcate to invert the objective reality of how Establishment power earnestly operates. You see, during the original Cold War, the Rockefeller family did something very similar.

On the one hand, the Rockefeller Foundation was considered “an integral component of America’s Cold War machinery” and were instrumental in clandestine warfare activities aimed against Communist Russia. As noted in this blog, for example, the Rockefeller family also helped fund MKULTRA research which was purportedly pursued in response to the threat of Communism. (See HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE) In fact, when Nelson Rockefeller was named the first Undersecretary of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (HEW) — a Department he convinced the Government to create — he allowed the CIA to use the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) for MKULTRA operations. (See HERE, HERE and HERE)

The Rockefellers as a family were involved in multiple facets of intelligence gathering and execution during this time. In fact, Nelson Rockefeller also served as Special Assistant to President Eisenhower on psychological warfare and how best to deal with Communist Russia. According to former high-ranking CIA official and Rockefeller family friend, Tom Braden, despite how entrenched Nelson was within the clandestine community his younger brother David was “much, much, much closer” (see footnotes) and even financed operations against Communist Russia off the books. Yet, on the other hand, the Rockefeller brothers and company were also engaged in building up this same alleged threat.

During the Cuban Missile Crisis of October 1962 — when MKULTRA was still in operation and the Cold War was considered to be at its height — David Rockefeller attended conferences that put him in direct contact with then Russian leader Nikita Khrushchev. This invariably culminated in the establishment of the first US Bank in Russia — Chase Manhattan Bank — whose largest shareholders were the Rockefeller family. (David was also President of Chase from 1961–69 and Chairman from 1969-81 earning Chase the nickname “David’s Bank”)

Through major funding from David’s Bank, Communist Russia benefited from unprecedented technology transfers — including military tech transfers — that were then used to wage war against U.S. forces in Vietnam and elsewhere. Simply put, the Rockefeller family and their allies were playing both sides of the proverbial Chess Board. Why they were doing this, is something we will establish in due course.

In June of 1973, during China’s infamous Cultural Revolution — an event which incurred a death toll of anywhere between 250,000 to 20,000,000 people — David Rockefeller also met with Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader Zhou Enlai, which likewise resulted in the establishment of the first US Bank in the region — Chase Manhattan.

Two months after this meeting, David published an article in the New York Times expressing admiration for Mao Zedong’s brutal rise to power, calling the “social experiment in China under Chairman Mao’s leadership… one of the most important and successful in history”. (See paragraph 13) We will address the hidden hand of the Rockefellers and their allies in China's infamous One-Child policy later on.

Regarding the CCP’s initial takeover of the country, a 1954 congressional investigation (See pages 42 & 43) noted that “the activities of the Rockefeller Foundation in that nation [China] helped, instead of hindered, the advance of communism…” and one Rockefeller funded organization in particular, the Institute of Pacific Relations, “played a major part in the success of the Chinese Red revolution”.

More recently, in 2021, Chase Bank’s successor, JP Morgan Chase — which Rockefeller Capital Management currently owns more than 1,000,000 shares of — was granted approval as the first fully foreign owned brokerage in China. As documented in a previous post on my Patreon account, Western influence in China is far more extensive than either ruling class lets on.

With that said, it should also be noted that Russia’s current Government is closely linked to the Globalist Establishment. Vladimir Putin, for example, is an“old friend” of former U.S. National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger — who got his start in politics through “my friend, my older brother, my inspiration and my guide” Nelson Rockefeller.

Kissinger also played a key role in building up Communist Russia’s war capability during the Cold War alongside David Rockefeller and is a lifelong member of the infamous Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) — a key organization in the development of World Government — which we will explore in more detail soon.

According to the founder of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, Vladimir Putin is also a former WEF Young Global Leader. (See 1:20) Furthermore, the CEO of the Government’s Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Kirill Dmitriev, is a former Goldman Sachs banker and another former World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, class of 2009. In fact, up until recent public outcry demanded otherwise, Russia’s Government worked very closely with the WEF and will likely continue to do so once political theatrics have subsided.

The Government owned bank, Sberbank, for example, partnered directly with the World Economic Forum on their Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics Initiative; and the bank’s CEO, Herman Gref, was also a WEF Trustee. Before that, Gref was a key Advisor to JP Morgan Chase who partnered with Sberbank to develop a Russian digital currency in 2020.

In fact, even after the U.S. Government officially imposed sanctions on Sberbank, Gref was reportedly still a Director of the Washington based U.S.—Russia Business Council (USRBC), which is made up of numerous American companies with operations in Russia, including Pfizer.

Strangely, there is a common belief in the alternative media that the Russian Government is protecting its population from the Globalist’s elitist agenda. As detailed by former Senior Editor of Russia Today, Riley Waggaman, however, Vladimir Putin has incessantly promoted the fast-tracked pseudoscientific Sputnik V vaccine and resorted to the same sorts of coercive measures and proposals as other globalist leaders around the world.

In fact, the Government shut down a website analogous to the United States’ Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) dedicated to tracking vaccine related injuries and Putin has openly backed legislation in favor of vaccine passports, despite public opinion overwhelmingly being against them. (See point 3)

Throughout human history, war, and the perceived threat of a mysterious encroaching enemy have skillfully been weaponized by the ruling class against the rest of us. According to the second century writings of the ancient Greek historian Plutarch, for example, the anxiety and fear surrounding possible war with Carthage, one of Rome’s most famous adversaries, was considered a valuable tool by Roman authorities like Publius Scipio Nasica for controlling their own civilian population.

In more modern history, Wall Street financiers connected to Rockefeller interests went so far as to fund both procommunist and anticommunist groups, which translated into tension and anxiety amongst the public. In the case of their anticommunist front, United Americans, they went so far as to sponsor the publication of a Report warning of an impending Communist revolution within the United States that would cause chaos, starvation and “much bloodshed”.

The fearmongering Report, which was featured in the New York Times, claimed two to five million violent radicals received $20,000,000 from the Russian Government to establish a “dictatorship of the proletariat”. As detailed by Professor Antony Sutton , however, behind the scenes this exact same clique of collusive Capitalists were quietly doing business with the Russian Government. Such is the nature of the ruling class.

In the now infamous novel 1984, the luminous writer George Orwell notes that these elaborate illusions of East against West, Left against Right, and so on and so forth, are considered useful by the Establishment to “preserve the special mental atmosphere that a hierarchical society needs”. Beyond these captivating theatrics, however, “they are not fighting against one another at all. The war is waged by each ruling group against its own subjects, and the object of the war is… to keep the structure of society intact.”

When we consider how seemingly opposed and competing Governments — from the United States to China, Russia and beyond — along with competing businesses, banks, media outlets, tech companies and so on and so forth, have all aggressively united behind these pseudoscientific lockdowns — despite more than 60,000 medical experts signing a declaration in condemnation of them, as well as early Reports warning of 8% (500,000,000) of the world’s population being pushed into poverty and 130,000,000 being pushed to hunger because of lockdowns — it appears old Orwell was certainly onto something.

Beyond merely preserving the status quo, however, throughout history there have also been percipient personalities that have used conflict, in one format or another, to further expand and centralize their authority and control. Going back to ancient Rome again, Augustas Cesar instigated war with Marc Antony and then used the event to consolidate his power, which culminated in the rise of the Roman Empire.

In more modern history, another reliable example since it is widely recognized without dispute, is the decisive actions that led to the birth of the German Empire. Prior to its ascent, the continental landmass we now recognize as Germany was simply a collection of random States, each with their own separate customs and laws.

This changed with the scheming of Otto von Bismarck, in which he skillfully provoked three major conflicts, using each occasion to further consolidate power, until the German Nation was born and subsequently ruled from one central location and dominated by one central leader.

More extreme examples which have grown in popularity in recent years, are the use of false flag attacks, which are clandestine operations that involve staging an attack on a strategic target, and then using deception, usually through the media, to blame someone else.

In one such example, known as Operation Gladio, a Government sponsored terrorist in Italy — who has since been caught and imprisoned for life for a deadly bomb attack — went on record in a 1992 BBC Timewatch documentary explaining that “You had to attack civilians, the people, women, children, innocent people, far removed from the political arena. For one simple reason: to force the Italian public to turn to the state to ask for greater security… so people would willingly trade part of their freedom for security.”  Gladio was a massive clandestine operation that stretched across Europe with CIA support.

Unknown to most of the world, variations of this perfidious process have served as the clandestine blueprint from which our global society has warped into what it is today. In the wake of the last global crisis, World War II, for example, the National Security Act was born. This led to the creation of the Department of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the National Security Council, and the infamous Central Intelligence Agency, amongst other remarkably dominant institutions in modern history, all of which gave rise to the American military empire that seems so perennial today, but it was not always so.

Another complimentary creation during this unprecedented consolidation of power was the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the largest military alliance in known history. Other notable centralized authorities that emerged during this time include the United Nations, World Health Organization, International Monetary Fund, and World Bank.

In every instance mentioned, the Rockefeller family and their allies played a significant role. More importantly, however, is that the Rockefellers were intimately involved in the instigation and administration of World War II itself and worked closely with both the U.S. Government and the German Nazi regime, enabling both of their war efforts.

We will revisit this instructive history and how it relates to World Government with credentialed sources and citations momentarily. For now, however, let’s explore how a new kind of war is being waged against the common people to “preserve the special mental atmosphere that a hierarchical society needs” to stay in power.

COVID-19 was marketed to the world as a new kind of “enemy” and “war”. One that predictably required stronger governance on part of the ruling class and less freedom on part of the common people. More significantly, it created conditions tantamount to social engineering on an inconceivable scale.

Whilst many believe this “pandemic” has come to an end, it is imperative to understand that these events have set a very dangerous precedent for society moving forward. Being as such, it becomes essential that we elucidate the esoteric methodologies being weaponized against us. More specifically, how several major pseudoscientific protocols that were imposed internationally during the “pandemic”, and will likely be imposed in the future, closely resembled behavioral modification techniques that were stringently studied under MKULTRA.

These tactics include heightening the target’s mental anxieties and fears; forcing them into social isolation and depriving them of sensory input and output; And manipulating their environment to create instability and confusion, amongst other things — All of which have been studied and shown to be useful in psychologically breaking people down. Allow me to illuminate your awareness further.

Amongst the tactics employed, fear mongering was the most obvious form of behavioral modification and mind control, since it literally damages the brain. When we consider how millions of people throughout the world were indoctrinated to fear contact with their own families, friends and loved ones — something that is fundamental for simple sanity and human survival — it becomes clear that fear was weaponized on an unparalleled scale in history.

Always cognizant of the diversity in demographics, however, those who were not fearful of COVID-19 were instead targeted by the ruling class through the threat of unemployment, cultural alienation, and the loss of introductory freedoms.

As noted on Page 90 of the MKULTRA inspired KUBARK interrogation manual, “sustained long enough, a strong fear of anything vague or unknown induces regression”. Whether that fear represents the possibility of being unemployed, being harassed daily for not complying, or a mutating virus, amongst other things, if “sustained long enough” it begins to wear people down psychologically.

Equally insidious is the imposition of social distancing which, stripped of its Orwellian rhetoric, approximates to social isolation — Something that has been thoroughly studied for its uncanny efficiency in degenerating mental health and inducing behavioral changes. On page 41 of the KUBARK manual, for example, social isolation is recognized as one of the single most important tactics to induce “the process of regression… from maturity toward a more infantile state” where the “learned or structured personality traits fall away”.

In other words, social isolation can be used to strip the individual of their sense of identity and replace it with something more malleable. To accomplish this as effectively as possible, the manual recommends “the interrogator monopolizes the social environment of the source”, which is to say take control of who and what information the target has access to, and therefore their interpretation of reality.

Considering the spike in social media usage during the "pandemic", alongside Facebook's dubious history of manipulating their users' Newsfeeds for the admitted purpose of behavioral modification, it is logical to consider that the world's largest social media platform, may have played a major role in monopolizing the "social environment" of their users.

For those who resist and refuse to comply with social distancing measures, social isolation can also be weaponized through estrangement and gaslighting by portraying resistors as sadistic public threats.

Sensory deprivation is yet another common tactic weaponized for the sake of behavioral modification and mind control. In the context of wearing facemasks, studies show the ability to express oneself and communicate effectively is obviously limited and impaired. Naturally, this can cause frustration and feelings of alienation.

In 2021, a science journal also published a Report noting how facemasks pose a serious potential threat to the development of mental health in newborns. Furthermore, as I discussed in a previous video pragmatically assessing the efficacy of facemasks from an evidence-based perspective, they undeniably present danger in the form of psychological anxiety for millions of people throughout the world.

From the vantage point of the behavioral modification specialist, all these stealthy tactics invariably serve the purpose of manipulating the target’s environment in its totality — which is considered imperative for inducing psychological breakdown and regression. One method mentioned on page 76 of the KUBARK manual that has left a lasting impression on me personally, as it relates to current events, is the Alice in Wonderland Technique. The aim of this method is “not only to obliterate the familiar but to replace it with the weird”, creating a “strange atmosphere” of confusion that “becomes mentally intolerable”, thus opening the door to behavioral modification and mind control.

When I contemplate the insanity encapsulating our global society today — from pseudoscientific lockdown protocols to incessant gender fluidity indoctrination campaigns and beyond — the Alice in Wonderland Technique fits profoundly well. These encroachments are not designed to be logical; they are designed to be mentally intolerable and psychologically exhausting. And the reason for this is very simple, you and I are in the midst of the greatest behavioral modification experiment in known history. Any shocking public proceedings that follow herein, no matter how inexplicable they may seem, should be considered in this context.

Long before the infamous MKULTRA program had even begun, or the CIA was even formed, the Rockefeller family and their associates were already focused intensely on studying social engineering, behavioral modification, and mind control.

Early pioneers such as the “founder of modern behavior therapy” Ivan Pavlov; the “father of behaviorism” John B. Watson; the “father of operant conditioning” B.F. Skinner; the “father of modern educational psychology” Edward L. Thorndike; the “godfather of American child development” Lawrence K. Frank; the “father of Cybernetics” Norbert Wiener; the “father of the sexual revolution” Alfred Kinsey; the “father of modern political science” Charles Merriam; the “Chief intellectual architect of the National Security Act of 1947” E. Pendleton Herring; and future MKULTRA mind control pioneer Ewan Cameron, were all recipients of funding from the various Rockefeller philanthropies during the first half of the 20thcentury.

Throughout this time, Rockefeller funded experts were also involved in unethical experiments carried out on unwitting civilian populations. In 1912, for example, Dr. Hideyo Noguchi of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research injected 146 unsuspecting patients with syphilis in multiple hospitals,  which included orphans and small children as young as just two years old. (See HERE and HERE) During the 1920s and 30s, Rockefeller Institute researcher Dr. Mark Boyd deliberately infected 470 African Americans with a deadly malaria parasite which resulted in multiple deaths that were subsequently covered up.

In 1931, whilst being funded by the Rockefeller Foundation in Puerto Rico, Rockefeller Institute pathologist Cornelius P. Rhoads wrote an unmailed genocidal letter in which he claimed to have infected several Puerto Ricans with cancer and killed eight others. When the letter was discovered by one of his staff members, Rhoads apologized profusely and alleged the humorless letter was an elaborate joke. With the help of influential Rockefeller propagandist Ivy Lee the incident was covered up and Rhoads was absolved of any wrongdoing.

During the 1930s, Rockefeller International Health Division Director Dr. Thomas Parran Jr. oversaw the infamous Tuskegee Experiments, in which syphilis diagnoses and treatment was withheld from impoverished African Americans in Alabama to supposedly study disease progression. More than 100 of those men needlessly died as a result, and the treatable disease was subsequently passed onto dozens of family members, including 19 children. (See paragraph 7)

During the 1940s, under the directorship of Dr. Paul Hahn, and with Rockefeller Foundation funding, more than 800 impoverished white women were unsuspectingly given large doses of radioactive iron while pregnant, resulting in at least four of those children dying from cancer that we know about. 100 of these women’s files reportedly "disappeared”, so the potential for higher adverse outcomes is likely much higher.

The Rockefeller Foundation and Vanderbilt University, which facilitated the experiments, agreed to a $10 million settlement for surviving victims in 1998. Monsanto and the U.S. Government were also implicated in the lawsuit and paid smaller amounts.

From 1946 to 1948 — with funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) — Rockefeller scientists were involved in experiments where ±1,500 unsuspecting Guatemalans (including orphans and school kids) were infected with dangerous STDs. Dr. Thomas Parran, at this point in his career a Rockefeller Foundation Trustee and the U.S. Surgeon General, also approved this disturbing program whilst he was still overseeing the Tuskegee experiments in the United States. There is an ongoing billion-dollar lawsuit against the Rockefeller Foundation regarding these experiments which also implicates Johns Hopkins University amongst others.

With this historical insight, it’s no surprise that the Rockefeller family, and their allies, played a pivotal role in MKULTRA. Aside from the significant influence of Nelson Rockefeller and the family Foundation, which we detailed earlier, the Director of the CIA that officially approved MKULTRA to begin with was a close friend of the Rockefeller family and a former Secretary of the Rockefeller Foundation, Allen Dulles. Allen’s older brother, John Foster Dulles, was also close to the family and likewise served as a Trustee and later Chair for RF before going to work within the Government as Dwight D. Eisenhower’s Secretary of State.

Interestingly, whilst the Dulles brothers and Nelson briefly served in Eisenhower’s administration together, two democratically elected Governments were overthrown under their orders — Iran and Guatemala— both of which were justified under the deceptive pretense of being Communist Puppet Regimes, and both of which served to further consolidate the Rockefeller family’s power in the region. (In Guatemala the Rockefeller Foundation owned 15,000 shares in the largest landowner in the country, the United Fruit Company, which was also a former client of the Dulles brothers through the infamous law firm Sullivan and Cromwell; And in Iran new oil rights were awarded to several Rockefeller controlled companies after Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh was overthrown)

When the MKULTRA project was finally exposed to the public, along with other CIA clandestine activities, Nelson Rockefeller was still working within the Government — this time as Vice President alongside Gerald Ford — and was put in charge of the official Government investigation tasked with exposing abuses, known as the Rockefeller Commission. According to the Autobiography of then CIA Director William Colby, who was questioned during these Congressional Hearings, Nelson Rockefeller and his associates — including then Secretary of State and National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger — encouraged Colby to engage in a cover up. Unsurprisingly, twenty years after the hearings took place declassified documents confirmed that an entire 86 page section on CIA assassination plots had been removed from the Final Report.

Considering how little is publicly known about the Rockefeller family’s involvement in MKULTRA, or other clandestine operations, even to this day, it would seem Nelson was quite successful in concealing he and his family’s role, ensuring the CIA absorbed the bulk of the blame whilst the Foundation maintained its humanitarian image. Simply put, the CIA was never the one using the Rockefeller Foundation as cover, the Rockefeller Foundation was the one using the CIA. Such is the nature of Shadow Government.

Today we are caught in the spiderweb of an obvious behavioral modification experiment with methodologies analogous to those studied under MKULTRA being skillfully weaponized against the unsuspecting public. More than just a massive psychological experiment though, there is the sensible prospect that this “pandemic” and new “Cold War” are both being used as smokescreens by the clandestine community’s aristocracy to test out and weaponize brand new forms of biological warfare, behavioral modification, and population control in real time, just as was true in the past. And, as any independent student of history could pragmatically anticipate with a reasonable degree of certainty, the enduring Rockefeller family and their associates are once again involved in current events.

Back in 2010, the Rockefeller Foundation published a now infamous Report, which included a section on how Governments around the world could best react to a hypothetical pandemic, entitled Lock Step, where they envisioned a world where “airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets”(Pg.19) would become normal. More significantly, the “mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt… debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains” which ultimately had a “deadly effect on economies”. (Pg.18)

To deal with this projected pandemic that “blanketed the planet”, the 2010 Report praised the use of authoritarianism, namely “The Chinese Government’s quick imposition and enforcement of mandatory quarantine for all citizens” and denigrated any “leniency” entrusting the public with their own health and safety. (Pg.18)

The researchers explained how “Citizens willingly gave up some of their sovereignty — and privacy — to more paternalistic states in exchange for greater safety and stability.” Regional censorship technologies capable of "mimicking China’s firewalls" — which they envisioned would “fracture the ‘World Wide’ Web” moving forward — were a notable mention considering the COVID “pandemic” marked a new era of censorship globally.

Although the Lockstep scenario has become fairly well known — to the point of even being “factchecked” by Establishment censors — other parts of the Report that have not received the same public scrutiny, but are equally important considering the implications, include the forecasting of frequent “shocks like economic and political crises; disease and natural disasters”(Pg.14);“global food and resource shortages”(Pg.35); as well as new pandemics, wars, bioterrorism, internet malware, and increasingly hostile climate change.

To deal with this perceived future instability, the most notable solution mentioned is the need for “Centralized global oversight and governance structures… not just for energy use but also for disease and technology standards.” And this, my friends, is what it’s all about, weaponizing organized chaos to consolidate power through an ever-growing World Government — One that has already been in power for decades…

Throughout their enduring obsession with behavioral modification and population control, the Rockefellers have also worked towards the creation of an unprecedented form of centralized Global Government. Aside from the innumerable activities of the various Rockefeller philanthropies, other Elitist Institutions that the family have dominated historically, most notably the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), have been incredibly influential in this regard.

During World War II, for example, the CFR dominated the U.S. Government’s foreign policy through the War and Peace Studies Group, which was directly funded by the Rockefeller Foundation to secretly advise President Roosevelt and his Administration both during and after the War.

Amongst the most relevant recommendations made by this clandestine Group was imposing a trade embargo on Japan, which historians now recognize (see HERE and HERE) as being a key incitement that culminated in the attack on Pearl Harbor, since Japan was dependent on foreign resources — specifically U.S. resources — for its economy and war effort to function and thrive.

Although much of the American ruling class were undeniably in favor of entering the War — since CFR members were active in war mongering and even convinced the U.S. Government to secretly aid the British Government militarily fifteen months prior to the actual attack on Pearl Harbor — some sort of trigger event that could spark moral outrage was still needed since most citizens were strictly opposed to U.S. military intervention.

Roosevelt’s Secretary of War at the time — CFR member Henry Stimson — further corroborated this calculated consideration in his Diary (see paragraph 9) recording a meeting with the president on “how we should maneuver them into the position of firing the first shot…” which he later clarified (see page 69, paragraph 4) was essential “In spite of the risk involved… to have the full support of the American people.”

While this was playing out on one side of the proverbial chess board, CFR members were playing a primary role in supporting the Nazi regime in Germany economically, technologically, and militarily. CFR member Thomas J. Watson Sr, for example, then Chairman of the International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) and President of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), met with Hitler personally and made sure the Nazis had the latest technologies needed to track, round up, and execute the Jews, along with many other often overlooked victims of the Nazi State. For his service, Watson was awarded the Order of the German Eagle.

CFR member Sosthenes Behn, the founder of International Telephone & Telegraph (ITT) and a Director of then Rockefeller dominated National City Bank (see footnotes), also met with Hitler and helped supply the regime with advanced communications and military technologies that would ultimately be used to kill Allied forces.

In fact, several Board Members of ITT’s German subsidiaries were high ranking Nazi Party members, including then Board Member of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) Kurt von Schroder, Dr. Gerhard A. Westrick, Emil H. Meyer, and, according to author Charles Higham’s Trading With the Enemy (see page 98) and Glen Yeadon’s Nazi Hydra in America (see page 245) Gestapo Chief of foreign intelligence Walter Schellenberg who “even Hitler dared not cross…”.

The CEO of General Motors (GM) during this time, CFR member Alfred P. Sloan Jr, and GM’s president for overseas operations, CFR member James D. Mooney — who likewise met with Hitler and was awarded for his efforts — were also instrumental in the Nazi war effort, primarily through their German subsidiary Opel which supplied the regime with Blitz trucks, fighter planes, torpedoes and landmines. (See paragraph 16) Amongst the Directors of GM during this time, was CFR member Lammot Du Pont Copeland of the powerful Du Pont family, which owned the majority of General Motors’ shares from 1917 to 1964.

Like GM, the Ford Motor Company supplied Nazi Germany militarily. In fact, Henry Ford was a personal hero of Hitler who reportedly kept a life-size portrait of the industrialist in his office for “inspiration”. (See paragraph 15) Like Watson and Mooney mentioned above, Ford was also awarded for building up the Nazi regime. Although Henry was not himself a member of the CFR, the Ford Foundation has been a major source of funding for the Council on Foreign Relations throughout their history, up until the present day.

Chase Bank, which was Chaired by CFR member and Rockefeller in-law Winthrop W. Aldrich — son of the infamous Senator Nelson Aldrich — played a major role in financing the Nazis and even funneled cash to Nazi agents when Banks in the United States were ordered by law to freeze such transactions.

Despite this, Chase executives managed to escape legal prosecution because their lead attorney threatened to blackmail investigating Agencies if any charges were ever filed. (See Chase National Bank, Jewish Accounts, and Nazi Germany) More recently, in 2000, Chase publicly apologized for their indefensible War time activities.

CFR member Thomas H. McKittrick, then President of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) helped loot stolen gold to finance the Nazis. When the War was finally concluded, McKittrick left his position at the BIS to become Vice President of Chase Bank under the chairmanship of the aforementioned Rockefeller in-law Winthrop W. Aldrich.

The National City Bank of New York —  another Rockefeller dominated institution (see footnotes) — was likewise a major source of funding for the Nazi regime. (See HERE and HERE) In fact, several years after the War had officially ended, National City Bank (today simply Citibank) knowingly laundered Nazi gold which was in turn melted down by the Federal Reserve Bank to conceal its Nazi origins.

National City Bank’s Board of Directors included more than half a dozen CFR members during World War II, most notably the aforementioned Nazi Collaborator, and founder of ITT, Sosthenes Behn, and General Electric’s President Gerard Swope who was also implicated in supporting the Nazis. James Stillman Rockefeller, representing the other side of the Rockefeller family tree, was Assistant Vice President during this time and became President in 1952.

The Harriman brothers, William Averell Harriman and Edward Roland Harriman — both CFR and Skull and Bones members — likewise played major roles in financing the Nazi regime alongside fellow Bones member, and future Senator of Connecticut, Prescott S. Bush of the notorious Bush family. William A. Harriman was also the U.S. Ambassador to the Soviet Union during this time and played a key role in building up Communist Russia.

The Dulles brothers were also involved in the duplicitous drama. CFR member John Foster Dulles, at that time a Trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation, reportedly played a “central role in channeling funds from the United States to Nazi Germany” (see paragraph 4) alongside his younger brother Allen Dulles, then Secretary of the CFR and future Director of the CIA where he would approve MKULTRA. Although Allen is said to have been far more reluctant to work with Nazi officials than John Foster, according to Historian David Talbot, Allen “not only enjoyed a professional and social familiarity with many members of the Third Reich's elite that predated the war; he shared many of these men's postwar goals”.

Rockefeller’s Standard Oil reportedly had more foreign investment in Nazi Germany than any other American company, surpassing that of Ford, GM, and ITT combined. Predictably, they were major players in building up Hitler’s regime, providing the Third Reich with financing, fuel and innovative technology that ultimately gave them a serious wartime advantage.

Much of this was accomplished through their close relationship with their infamous German business partner IG Farben — which was the largest pharmaceutical company in the world at the time and, according to then Department of Justice Investigator Joseph Borkin, the second largest shareholder in Standard Oil behind the Rockefeller family. More importantly, IG Farben was a “principal agency” of the Nazi Government, which is to say IG Farben was the Nazi war machine.

Through a joint venture between Standard Oil and General Motors called the Ethyl Corporation, IG Farben — and thus the Nazis — obtained the resources and technology they needed to go to war in the first place. Without this help, the Nazis would never have been able to wage war on the scale that they did.

Beyond their notable relationship with IG Farben, one of Standard Oil’s German subsidiaries, Deutsch-Amerikanische Petroleum (German-American Petroleum Company) had two Nazi Directors (Karl Lindemann and Emil Helfferich) that were members of Himmler’s Circle of Friends — a group of powerful German businessmen closely connected to the higher ranks of the Nazi Establishment.

Although this history remains entirely unknown to the overwhelming majority of the world’s population today, the collusion between Nazi Germany and Rockefeller’s Standard Oil was so unambiguous back then, that they were officially fined (a miniscule amount but fined nonetheless) for their rapacious behavior, and a congressional committee declared that Standard Oil not only empowered the Nazi’s war capability, but they “seriously imperiled the war preparations of the United States” in the process.

This, they explained, was specifically because Standard provided IG with the technological know-how to produce the synthetic rubber material Butyl, an important resource for waging war, whilst concealing this imperative information from U.S. authorities that were then in the midst of a rubber shortage. (See HERE and HERE) President Harry S. Truman, at the time a Senator, reportedly called Standard Oil’s behavior “Treason”.

Despite this, the U.S. Government depended on Standard Oil for their own war effort and no serious criminal consequences were ever genuinely pursued. This was largely the case with IBM, ITT, Ford, Chase, National City Bank, General Motors, and dozens of other organizations too.

There are still more individuals and groups that were involved in the Nazi Establishment’s rise to power, but my research clearly shows that the Rockefellers were the most insidious and calculated during this time. Not only were they instrumental in building up Nazi Germany through Standard Oil, the Ethyl Corporation and the Chase and National City Banks — as well as through the Rockefeller Foundation which we will explore very soon — but they also played an important role within the U.S. Government throughout the War too.

The five sons of John D. Rockefeller Jr. — John D. III, Laurance, Winthrop, Nelson, and David — were all involved in military or clandestine operations during this time. Uncle Winthrop Aldrich, then Chair of Chase Bank, was a part of a highly secretive network that “informally gathered intelligence for President Franklin D. Roosevelt before and during World War II”.

Correspondingly, the Rockefeller Center served as the central headquarters for numerous clandestine operations, including Allen Dulles of the Office of Strategic Services (CIA predecessor), the British Secret Service, the FBI, and up until 1941 a major Nazi collaborator named William Rhodes Davis.

In the eventual wake of World War II, the Rockefeller dominated Council on Foreign Relations continued to advise the U.S. Government through the Advisory Committee on Postwar Foreign Policy. This culminated in the creation of multiple new global governing systems, most notably the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank. (See HERE and HERE)

Consequently, this then gave rise to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization(NATO) — the largest global military alliance in history — which was only made possible through Article 51 of the United Nation’s Charter, a clause that Nelson Rockefeller himself played a key role in securing. (See HERE and HERE) In turn, NATO was initiated diplomatically by then US Under Secretary of State Robert A. Lovett, a longtime friend and business partner of the aforementioned Harriman brothers, whom he also worked closely with during World War II. Lovett was also a Carnegie and Rockefeller Foundation Trustee, as well as a CFR veteran and Skull and Bones member.

The establishment of the World Health Organization — an international authority that has become a household name today — was dominated by the Rockefeller Foundation and its subsidiaries. In fact, the president (see paragraph 3) of the 1946 International Health Conference, which marked the official founding of the WHO, was the same Rockefeller Dr Thomas Parran mentioned earlier that approved the unethical Tuskegee and Guatemalan human experiments.

Together, these institutions gave birth to an unprecedented form of Global Government which has dominated our world for more than half a century under the guise of humanitarianism. Unsurprisingly, the official apex of this system — the United Nations — was established on land donated by the Rockefeller family.

Locally, within the United States, this same Elitist Establishment were instrumental in the passage of the National Security Act of 1947, which gave birth to the Department of Defense, the National Security Council, the CIA, and what has warped into an unprecedented global military Empire.

The “Chief intellectual architect of the National Security Act” E. Pendleton Herring, for example, was a former Rockefeller Foundation grantee (see HERE and HERE) and later worked for two of RF’s closest partners — the Carnegie Corporation and the Rockefeller funded Social Science Research Council. Furthermore, the Eberstadt Report and Dulles Report, which officially formalized the founding of these new imperialist institutions, were both likewise dominated by Rockefeller allies.

This included Rockefeller Foundation Trustee, family friend and future Chairman of the CFR, Ford Foundation and Chase Manhattan Bank, John J. McCloy; RF Trustee Chester I. Barnard; future Rockefeller Advisor Lewis L. Strauss; And family friend— and Nazi collaborator — CFR Secretary Allen Dulles.

It should come as no surprise that a remarkably high number of Nazis were forgiven their crimes after the War and then recruited into the U.S. Intelligence Community under false identities. This included “Hitler’s favorite chemist” Otto Ambros, an IG Farben Director that oversaw the atrocities at Auschwitz; Erich Traub, a former staff member of the Rockefeller Institute turned Nazi bioweapons specialist; And the two highest ranking Nazi medical officials of them all, Surgeon General Walter Schreiber and his infamous Deputy Kurt Blome. Unsurprisingly, Schreiber and Blome were recruited to help develop what would invariably become the MKULTRA program, whilst Ambros and Traub worked on related biowarfare projects. (See HERE and HERE)

Beyond contracting Nazi biowarfare experts, notorious Gestapo officials guilty of mass murder, like the “Butcher of Lyon” Klaus Barbie and the architect of the Nazi mobile gas chamber Walter Rauff, (see pages 103-106) were also recruited by the CIA and sent to South America. Here they invariably took part in the horrors of Operation Condor by advising unconscionable dictatorships on how to effectively terrorize and control the local populations. There is also evidence that suggests Klaus Barbie helped the CIA capture and execute Ernesto Che Guevara.

As documented in a previous post on my Patreon, not only were multiple South American Clandestine Agencies also trained  by the CIA directly during this time, but they also executed objectives that were clearly outlined in MKULTRA. In the case of Honduras' Battalion 3-16, they were specifically taught behavioral modification techniques outlined in the MKULTRA KUBARK torture manual. Unsurprisingly, CFR members like then Secretary of State Henry Kissinger (see HERE and HERE) and then Director of the CIA George H.W. Bush played pivotal roles in Operation Condor.

The excuse used for training these death squads in South America and recruiting Nazis guilty of crimes against humanity was a predictable one — they were needed to fight against the threat of Communism, another threat that we’ve established as being nurtured and supported by the same Elitist Establishment behind Nazi Germany's remarkable military power.

This is the clandestine chess game that the high-level ruling class are playing my friends. Through their coordinated influence over key industries, Governments, media outlets, education systems, and so on and so forth, they skillfully instigate mass panic and the collective perception of danger and chaos. This danger and chaos — whether it be personified through a charismatic dictator, terrorist organization, mystery virus, hostile weather change, or some other strategically inflated threat — is then weaponized to strip people of their introductory logic and rational thought; inculcate elaborate illusions that invert objective reality; weaponize the unconscious tribal mindset against the conscious thinking individual; suspend ordinary peacetime laws in favor of new authoritarian ones; and then present “solutions” that serve to further consolidate Establishment power and reshape society as they see fit.

Almost everyone around the world is now familiar with the concept of the Great Reset, thanks in large part to the well-advertised theatrics of the World Economic Forum — a relatively young instrument of globalism but a significant one nonetheless.

As you might've guessed, the WEF receives funding from the Rockefeller Foundation and has multiple Directors that are also current members of the CFR, such as the Co-founder of BlackRock, Laurence D. Fink, and the Co-founder of the Carlyle Group, David Rubenstein, who serves as the current Chairman of the CFR.

According to historian Laurence H. Shoup, author of two illuminating books on the Council's history, the CFR has played a significant role in the decision making process of the World Economic Forum throughout the years. (Wall Street's Think Tank, Chapter 4, 2004) More recently, independent journalist Johnny Vedmore detailed how several CFR members “were the real driving force behind the creation of the World Economic Forum”.

The key CFR figure involved here, was then Professor Henry Kissinger who played a pivotal role in shaping the perceptions of a young Klaus Schwab, at the time attending Harvard’s JFK School of Administration — where astute students learn how to become future managers of society.

Schwab would later name Kissinger as one of only three leaders in his lifetime “who really made a lasting impression on me... and... changed my thinking”. Interestingly, whilst instructing ambitious minds like Klaus Schwab at Harvard, Kissinger’s Course was being covertly funded by the CIA. (See HERE and HERE)

In this way, Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum are students and instruments of an older preexisting Establishment and agenda to implement stronger World Government. In fact, even the greatest boogeyman of them all, Adolph Hitler, was a student and instrument of this Elitist Establishment which invariably came to use him as a tool to implement the founding of an unprecedented shadow Global Government, which we’ve already explored.

More than simply empower Hitler militarily, however, the Elitist Establishment also inspired his genocidal ideology through the propagation of their own elitist ethos known as Eugenics, which is the notion that most of society — including “white” people — come from poor genetics and are therefore not fit to live, or at least procreate, and should be pacified and/or sterilized to make way for “superior” Elitist approved stock.

These insane ideas, which I have oversimplified but not exaggerated, got their official start in the United Kingdom under Sir Francis Galton — Charles Darwin’s cousin and friend — and were then widely adopted amongst elitists in the United States and elsewhere, thanks in large part to Charles Darwin's son, Leonard Darwin, who organized the First International Congress on Eugenics.(See First Congress, London, 1912)

Amongst the most dedicated supporters, included some of the richest people in the world at that time, most notably Andrew Carnegie, John D. Rockefeller Jr,  and Mary Williamson Harriman— the mother of the infamous Harriman brothers that helped build up Nazi Germany — along with many other prominent figures, including world renowned scientists and even U.S. Presidents.

To put this mostly hidden history into perspective, by 1931 the U.S. Government had imposed laws in 28 of 48 States legalizing the sterilization of anyone considered unfit to have children — two years before Hitler had even come to power. Consequently, the Nazis were inspired by the Elitism they saw dominating the United States which served as a blueprint and model for them to emulate and implement their own Eugenical laws. (See HERE and HERE)

Hitler himself was profoundly influenced by the infamous American Eugenist Madison Grant, a Co-founder of the Galton Society and  American Eugenics Society (AES). Grant had written a popular pseudoscience publication in 1916 entitled The Passing of the Great Race which left such a lasting impression on Hitler that he later wrote Grant a personal letter of gratitude and called the book “my Bible”.

Grant was very well connected and received massive amounts of funding from John D. Rockefeller Jr. and other financial juggernauts like JP Morgan, Andrew Carnegie, George Fisher Baker and even Jewish banker Jacob Schiff.

After Grant died in 1937, an area the size of 1,600 football fields within California's Redwoods State Park was officially named the Madison Grant Forest and Elk Refuge in his memory. The commemoration was established through funding from several institutions and individuals, which included John D. Rockefeller Jr at the top of that list just behind Madison's brother, De Forest Grant.

The other notable Eugenics book which had a profound influence on Hitler’s convoluted elitist worldview was the Principles of Human Heredity and Race Hygiene, written by another recipient of Rockefeller funding, German Professor Eugen Fischer — a close ally of Madison Grant — and then Director of the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Anthropology, Human Heredity, and Eugenics. This Institute, which was well funded by the Rockefeller Foundation, invariably became the brains of the Nazi Eugenics Final Solution program and Fischer’s genocidal book served as its “scientific” foundation.

The Rockefeller's Eugenical influence in Germany was so profound during this time, that Dr. Stefan Kühl wrote in his groundbreaking book The Nazi Connection that “The Rockefeller Foundation played the central role in establishing and sponsoring major eugenic institutes in Germany…”. This was further echoed more recently in 2012 by scholar Lia Weintraub who states, “The Germans’ early work in eugenics would not have been possible without the extensive support of the Rockefeller Foundation”.

Despite the incontrovertible evidence  demonstrating the Rockefeller family’s massive contribution to the rise of Nazi Germany both militarily and ideologically, not one single family member has ever apologized or acknowledged any wrongdoing.

After the Eugenics program in Germany was exposed to the public as a vicious campaign of genocide, the American Eugenics Establishment quietly went underground to rebrand itself without changing its true purpose. As detailed by award winning historians’ Edwin Black, Linda Gordon and Matthew Connelly, respectively, instead of Eugenics they would now disguise their agenda in the sheepskins of "Genetics", "Population Control" and "Family Planning".

The Rockefeller Establishment was once again intimately involved here. The prestigious Institute for Human Genetics in Copenhagen, for example, was founded with Rockefeller money under the Directorship of Dr. Tage Kemp, a prominent Rockefeller scientist and Eugenist from Denmark. The Institute went on to become a leader in the field of “Genetics” whilst continuing its research into Eugenics.

Correspondingly, the influential Population Council was founded by CFR veteran and Rockefeller Foundation Chairman John D. Rockefeller III in 1952, where he chose the former President of the American Eugenics Society (AES) Major General Frederick H. Osborn — the nephew of AES Co-founder (alongside Madison Grant) Henry Fairfield Osborn Sr. — to be his first Director and succeeding President. According to the Wall Street Journal, six of the Council's ten founding members were intimately involved with the Eugenics Establishment.

Frederick, who was also a CFR veteran, openly praised the Nazi Eugenics program in 1937 and even distributed Nazi propaganda to different institutions including High Schools. More significantly, he was a key figure in the perceptual transmutation of Eugenics to the more amenable terminology of Genetics and Population Control.

The new strategy proved highly effective, and by 1968 the Population Council methodically recruited thirty Governments worldwide to adopt Population Control programs. (See HERE and HERE) This culminated in an infamous partnership between the U.S. and Indian Governments in which millions of Indian civilians were sterilized — many of them forced and virtually all of them coerced. (See HERE and HERE) There were also reportedly two thousand deaths due to medical errors.

Another useful vehicle that was hijacked and weaponized by the Eugenics Establishment in the wake of World War II, was Environmentalism. Just three years after the War ended in 1948, Henry Fairfield Osborn Jr — cousin of Frederick Osborn and son of Henry Fairfield Sr mentioned above — published Our Plundered Planet, proclaiming the world to be severely overpopulated (“more than two billion human beings” ) and in urgent need of having its numbers reduced through Population Control.

Failure to do so, he suggested, would result in famine, starvation or war. In fact, Osborn went so far as to claim the recent World War — and even the First World War before it — were both the “spawn” of overpopulation. Unsurprisingly, the book was well received, widely propagated and quickly became a Best Seller.

That same year, a friend of Osborn Jr that worked as an Associate Director under Nelson Rockefeller during the War, William Vogt, published Road to Survival, which likewise alleged the greatest threat to the Planet, and thus Humanity, was the evil of overpopulation which would result in recurring cycles of famine and war if left unchecked, thereby threatening the security and wellbeing of the United States.

To deal with this supposed scourge, Vogt recommended “Vigorous birth-control campaigns, using all educational and advertising techniques” available; Coercive programs of sterilization aimed at pacifying the poor; and withholding food aid from nations deemed to be overpopulated unless their leaders agreed to Population Control programs. (See HERE and HERE) In fact, Vogt went so far as to even claim food aid interfered with the effectiveness of famines in reducing populations that had grown too large. Like his ideological counterpart, Vogt's publication was infectiously spread throughout the media and likewise became a Best Seller.

Despite major factual errors in both publications (see pages 53 & 54) and the inhumane implications inferred, these two books became so remarkably influential that historians today credit them as being the force behind the modern Environmental Movement and its virulent obsession with “overpopulation”.

The same year these perfidious books were released to the pubic, Henry Fairfield Osborn Jr. founded the Conservation Foundation (CF) as a special Division within the New York Zoological Society, of which he was then President. Notably, the Zoological Society (today the Wildlife Conservation Society) was originally founded in 1895 by the infamous Madison Grant alongside Osborn's father, Henry Fairfield Sr.

Amongst the founding Trustees of the Conservation Foundation, included Laurance S. Rockefeller, David H. McAlpin and De Forest Grant. Laurance was the younger brother of Population Council founder John D. Rockefeller III; David H. McAlpin was a cousin of the Rockefeller brothers; and De Forest was the younger brother of the deceased Madison Grant. William Vogt served as an Advisor and later joined as Secretary.

With the financial backing of donors like the Rockefeller and Ford Foundations, CF successfully acculturated the new agenda into the educational curriculum of Primary Schools, High Schools and Universities throughout the country; They planted specious stories in notable newspapers, released dozens and dozens of influential broadcasts and films, conducted science studies that predictably supported their views and invariably redefined environmental policies by inserting their members into key positions within the Government and elsewhere. According to the New York Times, Laurance S. Rockefeller alone went on to advise more than half a dozen Presidents on Environmental issues, spanning more than four decades of leadership. (See paragraph 12)

Unsurprisingly, CF worked closely with the Population Council and the clandestine Eugenics Establishment at large. In 1990, CF would merge operations with prince Bernard's World Wildlife Fund (WWF) — yet another Eugenist creation that we will address in due time.

The infiltration of public perception reached a new paradigm in 1968 when Professor Paul R. Ehrlich — who was profoundly influenced by Osborn Jr and Vogt — published The Population Bomb through the Sierra Club, yet another Environmental group that was founded in part by prominent Eugenists.

Professor Ehrlich made his predecessors seem prudent by way of comparison. He predicted “hundreds of millions of people are going to starve to death” in the 1970s alone and detailed three coming future scenarios in which plague, famine, mass starvation, and war decimated the world's population. All the result, he claimed, of overpopulation.

In a subsequent news article published by Ehrlich, he went so far as to claim that “the end of the ocean” and the extinction of “all important animal life in the sea” would take place by the end of 1979. Not scary enough for you? Ehrlich even claimed that “England will not exist in the year 2000”.

To accompany his extreme predictions, Ehrlich happily offered extreme suggestions, most notably “the addition of temporary sterilants to water supplies or staple food”, which he claimed was “often mentioned” by his colleagues and fellow scientists when discussing Population Control. If there is one honest thing that has ever been said by the charlatan Paul R. Ehrlich, it is indeed that likeminded medical experts shared his insidious views.

The same year Ehrlich's book was released, for example, Dr. Melvin M. Ketchel of Tufts University published an influential paper in Johns Hopkins’ science Journal, Perspectives in Biology and Medicine, entitled Fertility Control Agents as a Possible Solution to the World Population Problem — where he openly declared that “Voluntary methods [of population control] are to be preferred if they will work, but if they do not, then involuntary methods must be used.” (See second paragraph)

He recommended that any such methods be “easily and unobtrusively included in the intake of everyone in the population”. One such method deemed worthy of consideration was “an agent [that] might be included in the water supply”.  (See final paragraph) After discussing these ideas with a “number of colleagues”, Ketchel believed that “such compounds should be available for field testing in a relatively short time, perhaps five to fifteen years.” (For those unaware “field testing” means real world experimentation)

The following year in 1969, then President of the Population Council Bernard Berelson — the former Director of the Behavioral Sciences Division at the Ford Foundation — published a paper in the prestigious Journal Science assessing the most promising Population Control ideas in circulation at the time.

Amongst the works he cited most worthy of consideration, included the clandestine sterilization proposals of Dr. Melvin M. Ketchel and Professor Paul R. Ehrlich. Unsurprisingly, Berelson concluded that the “Establishment of involuntary fertility control” methods were likely the most effective means of population control. (See Table 1 below)

Another important organization that we must address in relation to the Eugenics-Population Control movement is the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). Although entrenched in political propaganda, PPFA is undeniably a Eugenical creation that was largely established through Rockefeller funding and founded by outspoken Eugenist Margaret Sanger, who at times even enjoyed a private relationship with the Rockefeller family.

More indicting still, is that it's been reported by several credentialed authorities (see HERE, HERE and HERE) that Margaret Sanger was an official member of the American Eugenics Society. Furthermore, according to a 1947 Membership Report from the British Eugenics Society, Sanger was also a Life Fellow of that older institute. (Listed as Slee, Mrs. Margaret Sanger)

Sanger's true character is further elucidated in her 1922 book The Pivot of Civilization, where she cites multiple Eugenical authorities, including the elitist founder Sir Francis Galton, to support her rabid worldview that less privileged classes — whom she at different times in her book describes as “feebleminded”; “half witted”; “morons”; “defectives”; “imbeciles” and “human waste”  — are a danger to society that should be eliminated, if necessary, through “immediate sterilization” or other “drastic and Spartan methods”.

Although PPFA has recently been forced to confront its founder’s shameful legacy — at least partially — the Truth is that it wasn’t just Sanger that held these elitist views. From its inception, PPFA was guided by prominent figures within the Eugenics Establishment.

During the first Birth Control Conference in the United States  — which marked the launch of Planned Parenthood (originally founded as the American Birth Control League) — a number of leading Eugenists were listed as official Conference Committee members, including the Co-founder and First President of the American Eugenics Society Professor Irving Fisher; Future UK Prime Minister Winston Churchill; Doctors' Sigard Adolphus Knopf and Lydia Allen DeVilbiss; As well as the infamous Nazi supporter Lothrop Stoddard, amongst others. Dr. Lydia De Vilbiss was also noted as an official incorporator of ABCL alongside Margaret Sanger.

Amongst other notable Eugenists that played leading roles in establishing Planned Parenthood’s operations, both locally and abroad, included several prominent members of the American Eugenics Society, most notably two former Presidents — Dr. Clarence Cook Little and Professor Henry Pratt Fairchild — as well as former Vice President of the Society, Dr. Alan Frank Guttmacher. (See third paragraph) The former General Secretary of the British Eugenics Society (today the Adelphi Genetics Forum) Dr. Carlos Paton Blacker played an important role in establishing the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF).

To provide more specific sources and details, Dr. Little became Director of PPFA in 1925 (then called the American Birth Control League) and was later elected President in 1936, reportedly retiring from this position in 1938; Professor Henry Pratt Fairchild joined the Board of Directors in 1932 and served as Vice President from 1939 to 1948 (see third paragraph); Dr. Alan F. Guttmacher played multiple roles beginning in the early 1940s and eventually served as President from 1962 until his death in 1974; And Carlos Paton Blacker played the lead role in drafting the IPPF's official Constitution, and subsequently served as its First Vice-Chairman from 1953 to 1959 and then Administrative Chairman in 1960.  (See third paragraph) It should also be mentioned that Eugenics disciple William Vogt served as National Director of PPFA from 1951 to 1961.

With this insight, it comes as no surprise to learn that Planned Parenthood, alongside the Population Council and U.S. Government — and of course the Ford and Rockefeller Foundations, amongst others— came to play a primary role in the demented Population Control program earlier mentioned in India.

As the perceptive reader might have considered, members of this same clique were also intimately involved in China's horrific One Child Population Control program (see HERE and HERE) which culminated in 336 million abortions and 196 million sterilizations. According to Social Scientist Steve Mosher, who was stationed in China during this time, many of these “abortions” were actually babies being outright killed after they were delivered from the womb.

In relation to the greater topic in question, let us slightly digress for a moment and consider the significance of this history as it relates to an infamous 2003 interview with Bill Gates, where he is asked what sparked his initial interest in “reproductive issues”, to which he responds that “My dad was head of Planned Parenthood. And it was very controversial to be involved with that. And so it's fascinating. At the dinner table my parents are very good at sharing the things that they were doing. And almost treating us like adults, talking about that.”

If what Bill Gates suggests here is true, that he was just a child at the time of these crucial conversations, that would mean that Gates Sr. was involved with Planned Parenthood sometime between the mid 1960’s to early 70’s — since Bill Gates was born in 1955 thus making him 18 years old in 1973.

This means that his father played an important role within the organization whilst Planned Parenthood was under the presidency (1962-1974) of the aforementioned Alan F. Guttmacher — the former vice president of the American Eugenics Society (See third paragraph) and a significant figure in the Population Control campaign in India. (See HERE and HERE) Although Guttmacher was a skilled propagandist and chose his words very carefully as President of PPFA, I did manage to track down several separate instances in which he openly suggested involuntary methods of population control be imposed on society. (See HERE, HERE and HERE)

Unsurprisingly, it wasn’t just Guttmacher that expressed Eugenical sentiments from within Planned Parenthood during this time either. In a 1969 article published in the New York Times, which was actually focused on praising the efforts of Guttmacher and the PPFA, one  frank board member was quoted as saying, “What it all comes down to, is that we want the poor to stop breeding while we retain our freedom to have large families.” (see far right column, second paragraph)

Additionally, in 1978 the famous disability activist and educator Barbara Waxman Fiduccia, who suffered from spinal muscular atrophy, decided to volunteer at Planned Parenthood in Los Angeles as a teacher, but became disillusioned by what she called “a strong eugenics mentality that exhibited disdain, discomfort and ignorance toward disabled babies.”

When we consider all of this important historical context, in conjunction with the way Gates Jr. describes the adult like nature of the discussions he had with his father and mother about the important role they played within Planned Parenthood during this time, it stands to reason that the younger Gates may have been indoctrinated into the clandestine cult of Eugenics at a very early age. Interestingly, Bill Gates father is well known to have been the original guiding force behind the Foundation.

In fact, the predecessor to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation was originally the William H. Gates Foundation, which was established by Gates Sr. alongside his friend and former neighbor Suzanne S. Cluett — a career member of Planned Parenthood — which Gates Sr. notes in his autobiography was the common ideological cause that united them. Indeed, when Suzanne Cluett died in 2006, the Gates Foundation donated $1,000,000 to Planned Parenthood for the establishment of the Suzanne Cluett Fund.

Through Cluett, Gates Sr, Jr and ex-wife Melinda were introduced to Dr. Gordon W. Perkin, who Cluett had previously worked under for 14 years. Like Cluett and Gates, Perkin worked for Planned Parenthood during the 1960s and afterwards spent fourteen years at the infamous Ford Foundation as a “population advisor”.

During this time, the Ford Foundation played a key role in the aforementioned Population Control program in India. In fact, FF spent more money on Population Control than any other organization in the world at the time. Much of which was given to the Population Council and Planned Parenthood.

In 1977, Dr. Perkin founded the Program for Appropriate Technology in Health (PATH) with funding from the Ford Foundation. According to PATH's official website, their “earliest work” began in China in 1979, which is the same year the Chinese Government started its One-Child program.

Under Perkin's Presidency (1980-1999), PATH played a major role in providing the Chinese Government with the Population Control technologies they needed to enforce their One-Child program (See second last paragraph HERE and the Peggy Morrow section HERE) Serving under Perkin as administrative Vice President during this time was Suzanne Cluett. (See paragraph 9) In 2000, Dr. Perkin left PATH to become the Gates Foundation's first Director of Global Health alongside Suzanne Cluett who served as Associate Director.

With this much greater context concerning the roots from which the Gates Foundation has grown, it’s fairly logical to consider that GF is nothing more than a new vehicle for a much older Elitist Agenda.

Picking back up where we left off, concerning the clandestine weaponization of sterilants and fertility control, one month after Population Council president Bernard Berelson published his 1969 paper in Science, then Vice President of Planned Parenthood under Alan F. Guttmacher, Frederick Jaffe, sent a memo to him outlining dozens of population control proposals (see Table 1), including “Encourage increased homosexuality”, “Require women to work”, and use “Fertility control agents in water supply”.

The following year in 1970, “the Father of the [contraceptive] pill” Carl Djerassi, published a paper entitled Birth Control After 1984, where he deliberated on both Bereleson and Ketchel’s proposals and then expanded on their practical application. For example, Djerassi notes (see far right column point 4) that a sterilant “added to food or water would [need to] be a general environmental pollutant. It would have to be considered a pesticide, albeit one that is directed primarily at humans.” He then proceeds to emphasize that “since initial biological screening for such an agent would be carried out not in man but in animals, an agent truly specific for man would completely escape detection.”

In other words, a weaponized pesticide could serve as the perfect disguise for a Population Control program. For those who may recall a 2017 presentation I gave briefly exploring the chemical herbicide Atrazine, his words are especially chilling.

As exposed by Professor Tyrone Hayes, Atrazine has contaminated the water supply throughout the world, which includes the drinking supply and the water we use to grow crops. Professor Hayes originally studied the herbicides effects on frogs and found it was causing chemical castration and “males didn’t breed properly”, some demonstrated unnatural “homosexual behavior”, and others even “completely turned into females”.

What makes Hayes' findings especially concerning, is that frogs have biological responses similar to humans. In fact, a 2003 study found that men exposed to Atrazine had significantly lower sperm counts compared to those who had not been and a 2013 study found that babies exposed to Atrazine in their mother’s womb developed abnormal genitals.

Unfortunately, Atrazine is far from the only problem. In 2017, a major study examining 185 smaller studies conducted in multiple countries throughout the world showed a 59% decline in healthy male sperm counts from 1973 to 2011. In 2021, one of the authors of that study, renowned Epidemiologist Shanna Swan, warned that sperm counts are on track to reach zero by 2045, meaning humanity may no longer be able to reproduce naturally.

Swan claims different manmade chemicals, including Atrazine, are overwhelmingly to blame and may even be partly behind the rising trend in gender dysphoria and gender fluidity, something I proposed back in 2017. When asked in a recent interview if the U.S. Government was protecting its people from these harmful chemicals through regulations, she replied (18:03) “It doesn't protect us and it could. It could do better.” She also points out (18:07) that the chemical manufacturers “often remove the chemical that we've identified as harmful and replace it with another one with a slightly different name, which causes the same harm.” For those who are not hopelessly naïve, this definitely reflects clandestine Population Control policies.

Interestingly, two of the largest offending chemical manufacturers responsible for this crisis — Bayer and BASF — were former subsidiaries of Nazi Germany’s IG Farben corporation and played key roles in the extermination of millions of innocent people.

After the War, dozens of Nazi-IG Farben Executives were convicted for war crimes but tragically absolved of wrongdoing by future Council on Foreign Relations Chair and Rockefeller Foundation Trustee John J. McCloy — then High Commissioner to Germany. If that move wasn’t brazen enough, three of those war criminals, Fritz ter Meer, Heinrich Horlein and Carl Wurster, went right back to work for Bayer and BASF in leadership roles.

Another former Nazi party member and IG Farben executive that managed to escape any prosecution after the War was prince Bernard of the Netherlands. (see HERE and HERE) The former Nazi official went on to establish the infamous Bilderberg Group in 1954 and served as Chairman until 1976.

In 1961, Bernhard also co-founded the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), alongside several other influential figures, most notably Godfrey A. Rockefeller; British monarch Prince Philip (who had three sisters that were married to Senior Nazi officials), and the first Director of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Julian Huxley — a former President and lifetime member of the British Eugenics Society.

As mentioned earlier, WWF merged with the Conservation Foundation in 1985 creating the largest “conservation” organization in the world. Unsurprisingly — as cogently articulated by Political Analyst James Corbett (See Part Two) — the environmental movement continues to be dominated by the same Elitist Establishment in modern times.

Today, the ethos of Eugenics is still very much alive, as personified most recently through the ruling Establishment’s irrational imposition of these deadly pseudoscientific lockdown protocols, which forced hundreds of millions of vulnerable people around the world into positions where premature death has become a certain predisposition.

Tens of millions have been pushed to the brink of starvation; Hundreds of millions to poverty; And billions into the immunocompromising environment of anxiety, social isolation, and fear. Whether these vaccines were used for Eugenical purposes, and to what extent, remains to be seen.

As expected, the Rockefeller Establishment has its tentacles in every field of formidable influence and social control, offering “humanitarian solutions” in the form of vaccines, clean energy, good food, artificial intelligence, digital identities, “cryptocurrency tokens for meals” and a pandemic response system that will “protect” everyone from future diseases, amongst other dubious initiatives allegedly interested in the public's wellbeing. Working close with them, of course, is the Council on Foreign Relations, whose current membership includes seven Rockefeller family members as well as many other infamous figures in world affairs, including George Soros and the enduring Henry Kissinger.

For the credulous commoner, these people are here as our saviors and always have been. But for the informed critical thinker, this Establishment has clearly demonstrated a century-long interest in manipulating, controlling, deceiving, and pacifying the common people. To imagine that they've had an inexplicable change of heart is obviously irrational and naïve.

Although I have focused my efforts largely on exposing the Rockefeller family and their CFR allies, it’s important not to get hung up on one particular individual, group, or family as being the only threat and danger that we face, since the Council on Foreign Relations and Rockefeller family are themselves mere disciples of an ideology that predates their existence by at least thousands and thousands of years and possibly much longer than that. And that ideology is Elitism, the notion that one group of people, usually a tiny minority, have the right to manipulate, exploit and control a much larger majority — regardless of whether that majority approves or not. And make no mistake about it, that is precisely the goal behind the “Pandemic” and Great Reset, to continue the legacy of Elitism’s dominance over Humanity.

Despite the sense of invincibility and inevitability often associated with this so called Great Reset, and the Elitist Establishment that sits behind it, this theatrical movement does not strike me as an organic creation of their omnipotent genius so much as it does a premature plan that has become a reactionary course of action to counter what invariably constitutes the Great Revolution — An ongoing awakening of hundreds of millions of people throughout the world that threaten their globalist power unlike anything they or their predecessors have ever seen before. The term “Great Reset” even implies going back to how things were before — presumably pre-internet — since the worldwide web has kicked off a mass awakening unlike anything before in known history.

Since the internet’s introduction, the momentum of awakening and rebellion, as personified through a growing body of investigative bloggers, social media personalities, independent film makers, decentralized currencies, ethical hackers, off grid communities, innovative technologies, open-source economies, and so on and so forth — have grown exponentially and beyond the control of the conventional Establishment. Even this blog, both in terms of its contents and its reach, would never have been possible had it not been for the revolutionary power of the internet. Being as such, the “Pandemic” and “Great Reset” are almost certainly reactionary movements scrambling to keep up with the Great Revolution of millions and millions of people who are growing more and more disillusioned with the Establishment with each passing day.

In this way, the ruling class are not as invulnerable as many make them out to be. In fact, their power is remarkably fragile since it rests on the insipid power of deception and illusion, which invariably bows, or evaporates, when confronted by uncompromising Truth and thus Reality. This becomes especially inevitable since most people detest the thought of being manipulated and earnestly believe in the principles of Humanity, Integrity, and Justice, and would never wittingly serve what could justifiably be called evil. In fact, some of the fiercest opposition the Establishment has ever faced were people that at one time served it through innocent ignorance.

These masters of manipulation and psychological warfare, however, want to make us feel hopeless, defeated and alone, so that we will not continue to pursue our Great Revolution and instead bow to their Great Reset. The lengths to which they will go to preserve their power and prominence are undoubtedly overwhelming to consider. But if we do not stand against their incessant impositions, then we comply; and if we comply, then we cooperate; and to cooperate with such vile evil and filth is absolutely unthinkable, and thus it is honorable to oppose them at all costs.

Their power has always been rooted in our ignorance, so it stands to reason that our disillusionment will result in their downfall. I would argue that this is already taking place. In this way, each and every one of us can contribute because each and every one of us can promote awareness. If not for yourself personally, since you may be exhausted and disappointed by this Earthly existence, and understandably so, then please find the courage for the future generations still to come. Contrary to what the Eugenics Establishment would have us believe, Humanity as personified through the innocence of the untainted child is profoundly beautiful; It is Elitism and its unending encroachments that characterize the true cancer that cripples our society.
