A video published to youtube on the July 1 illustrates the reality of the encroaching police state.
Gino Georgini was causing no harm, committing no crime and yet he was approached Suffolk County police who demanded he show them his ID.
When Georgini refused to roll over and 'show his papers' the harassment got turned up a notch.
